Compatibility

This heatspreader can be mounted on all TE0835 Revision 3 (TE0835-03-…)

This heatspreader can't be mounted on TE0835-02.

Tool: PH1 Philips crosshead torque screwdriver

Assembly

1. Apply Gap Filler in at least approx. 2 mm thickness to the following components:

2. Carefully align the heatspreader and press it lightly.

3. Set the torque screwdriver to 0.5Nm / 4.5 inlb.

4. Insert the Philips crosshead bit PH1.

5. Fasten the heatspreader crosswise from below with the four M3 × 6 mm pan-head screws.

6. The fan is delivered pre-assembled.
