• Set DIP S1:1 to OFF 
• Connect 12V Power source
• Connect Arrow USB Programmer 
• Run Quartus Prime Lite Edition
• Click Image Addedto run "Programmer"
• If you see "No Hardware" Image Added Chick "Hardware Setup..." and select "Arrow-USB-Blaster" Image Added
• Press Image Addedand select *.pof file to program.
• Check "Program/Configure" checkboxes Image Added
• Press Image Added
• After the end of programming, progress bar should show you Image Added
