The TE0300 has three on-board memories:
- DDR SDRAM
TE0320 modules have two 512Mb DDR SDRAM components each with a 16-bit data-bus connected in parallel to FPGA bank 3 as a virtual 512Mb DDR SDRAM component with a 32-bit data-bus. Memory available in industrial and commercial temperature grade. - SPI Flash
- serial EEPROM
