#1 Change C10 to 1µF X5R
Type: BOM change
Reason: DCDC U1 detects an overcurrent situation if large capacitive loads are turned on with power switch Q1, e.g. when several bank IO voltages are powered by 3.3V. This is prevented by enlarging the rise time of Q1, hence using a larger capacitor C10.
Impact: Depending on capabilities of connected 4x5 module, all banks can be powered by 3.3V.
Method of Identification
Boards with serial number equal or greater than 667339 (white QR Sticker) are affected by this PCN and have the new 1µF capacitor installed.
Production Shipment Schedule
Boards and assemblies shipped with begining of Mai 2021 are affectedby this PCN.
