Description
Read back of the FAN SENSE pin is currently not possible due to the following problems
- #1 FAN Logic Level is incorrect
- #2 CPLD I2C Slave Soft IP does not support i2c-get method
The problem refers only to the read back current setup. Configure fan speed is not affected by this AVN.
#1 Incorrect Voltage Level for F1SENSE, F2SENSE, F3SENSE
Problem can be solved with following HW changes:
Remove R285 (connected to F1SENSE)
- Remove R330 (connected to F2SENSE)
- Remove R260 (connected to F3SENSE)
#2 CPLD I2C Slave IP Bug
I2C-get register reading is not possible with CPLD Firmware Version 05 or older. Update of the CPLD Firmware with correct is planned.
Production Shipment Schedule
We are issuing a new revision o TEB0911 and will make the necessary changes to future boards.
