This change affects all variants of Trenz Electronic TEM0002 modules of revision 02 with serial number greater than 644006.
Type: BOM change
Reason: Old Phy is end of life.
Impact: FLF2 Indication is no more available on the new Phy. Compare datasheet of VSC8531XMW-01 chapter 3.13 and 3.14.
Boards with serial number (See white QR Sticker) greater than 644006 are assembled with the new part.
From December 2020, after old stock is gone. If still the old assembly variant is needed please contact us.
