Changes

#1 Added option to use either SPI Flash EPCQ16SI8N / EPCQ16ASI8N (U5) or SPI Flash W25Q64JVSSIQ (U12).

Type: Schematic Change

Reason: EOL of EPCQ SPI Flash.

Impact: Different memory sizes and frequencies are available. TEI0003-03-QFCR1A used the EPCQ memory. Therefore, the size is the same. But TEI0003-03-QFCR4A used a different memory with a bigger size. The replacement TEI0003-03-QFCR1A is only usable as long as components are available. Afterwards, only TEI0003-03-QFCR4A is usable.

#2 Changed ferrid bead LI0402E300R-10 to MPZ0603S121HT000 for L1, L2, L3, and L4.

Reason: EOL of Component.

Impact: None. Minor changes in electrical characteristics.

#3 Changed clock DSC6011ME2A-012.0000T to DSC6011ME2B-012.0000T for U6.

Type: Schematic Change

Reason: EOL of Component

Impact: None. This clock is not assembled.

#4 Added capacitor C59 for net USB_VBUS.

Type: Schematic Change

Reason: Improve power supply.

Impact: None. Minor changes in electrical characteristics.

#5 Changed DCDC EP53A7HQI (U8) / EP53A7LQI (U10) to MPM3834CGPA-Z for U8 and U10 and adapted power circuit.

Type: Schematic Change

Reason: EOL of Component.

Impact: None. Minor changes in electrical characteristics.

#6 Added UKCA logo.

Type: PCB Change

Reason: Requiered for export to UK.

Impact: None.

#7 Added pin description on silkscreen layer.

Type: PCB Change

Reason: Improves pinout documentation.

Impact: None.

Method of Identification

The revision number is printed on the bottom side of PCB.

Production Shipment Schedule

From August 2023, after old stock is gone. If the new revision is not suitable for your application and still the former revision of the board is needed, please contact us.
