Impact: Secure authentication is not more available but frequency range is increased.

Impact: Temperature range increased from Extended Commercial (-20 °C to 70 °C) to industrial (-40 °C to 85 °C), power consumption increased, improved jitter performance and frequency stability decreased from ±25 ppm to ±50 ppm to extended.
Changes above are applied to boards with serial number greater than 628583.
