Compatibility

This heatspreader can be mounted on all TE0807 Revision 2 (TE0807-02-…) and TE0807 Revision 3 (TE0807-03-…).

Assembly

1. Apply Gap Filler in at least approx. 2 mm thickness to the following components:
   

   TE0807 REV02 TE0807 REV03

   
   
   
   
   
2. Align the heatspreader carefully and press on lightly:
   
   
   (example TE0745-02 with KK0745-02)
   
   

3. Set the torque screwdriver to 0.5Nm / 4,5 inlb.

4. Insert the PH1 Philips crosshead bit.

5. Fix the heatspreader crosswise from below with the four M3 × 6 mm pan-head screws.

6. Remove any gap filler squeezed out over the edge of the heat sink with an ESD antistatic cloth.
   

   Make sure that no gap filler gets on the contacts of the connectors.
