Google Project Vault ORP (Open Reference Platform) is open source project from Google Inc, the original code base is maintained at GitHub ProjectVault/ORP. It seems that development efforts by Google are frozen. Also it is not known if the original hardware evaluation platform used by the Project Vault developers has been made available to open source developers.
