Functional Description

JTAG

JTAG signals routed directly through the CPLD to 12 pin pinheader. Access between CPLD and pinheader can be multiplexed via JTAGEN (logical one for CPLD, logical zero for pinheader).

UART

UART is routed through the CPLD.
