Type: Schematic Change

Reason: Move from THT to SMT style to improve signal integrity.

Impact: Improved signal integrity. Minor changes in electrical characteristics.

#3 Changed EEPROM (U1) 24LC128-I/ST to AT24C02C-XHM-T.

Type: BOM Change

Reason: Follow SFP standard (SFF-8472, SFF-8079).

Impact: Decreased memory size from 128 kbit to 2 kbit.

#4 Removed Track-it™ Traceability Pad (EOL).

Type: Schematic Change

Reason: EOL of Component.

Impact: None.

#5 Added CE-, RoHS- and WEEE-logo.

Type: PCB Change

Reason: Improve product classification.

The revision number is printed on the bottom side of the PCB.
