Notes
The HW wiring for the RTC is incorrect. This leads to the fact that the RTC initializes, but the time does not change.
RTC time can be tested with "hwclock --test"
Patch
Problem can be solved with following HW changes:
Remove Y2 and R47
Solder Resistor 0R (0603) on place of Y2
Solder Resistor 3M9 (0402) on place of R47
Solder Crystal SC12S-12.5PF20PPM above Resistor 3M9
