Description:
Product was sold as dual core variant "TE0802-02-1AEV2-A" with XCZU1CG-1SBVA484E but quad core XCZU1EG-1SBVA484E was assembled. Therefore, more processors are available than advertised, but the functionality remains fully intact. Which are incorrectly written out Evaluation board are shown again under the correct article name "TE0802-02-1BEV2-A".
Customers who have already received a board should change the FPGA and use our newly provided board files for the variant "TE0802-02-1BEV2-A".
Impact:
There is no impact, maybe additional warning appears on AMD Tools on Debugging in case CG Variant is selected instead of EG Variant. Trenz Electronics provided new Reference Design with correct setup under Product name "TE0802-02-1BEV2-A":
