Introduction
Trenz Electronic GmbH offers additional services other than the store products and custom hardware adaptations. These services include programming with customer firmware/FPGA designs and pre-assembly services. Depending on the scope, fixed rates or specific pricing models are used. Trenz Electronic does not assume any liability resulting from incorrect customer specifications/designs.
General conditions and notes
- Minimum order quantity: usually 100 pieces, otherwise a price surcharge must be added
- Indicated prices are ballpark prices, price adjustments possible depending on volume and other variables
- Costs for verification sample: Hardware price + 100 Euro.
- Each service must be tested and approved by the customer by means of initial samples.
- Each adaption of the design after confirmation of initial samples will make another loop of verification samples necessary.
- Risks arising from explicit instructions from the customer are borne by the customer (e.g. reduction of test steps to optimize costs).
- Depending on the category, additional information must be provided, see questionnaire.
