#1 Switched off prebias mode for EN63A0QI by default

Type: Enhancement

Reason: Very seldom startup problems with prebias mode enabled occurred.

Impact: None.

If you need prebias mode enabled, please contact us for custom assembly variant.

#2 Updated footprints

Type: PCB change

Reason: Optimization for higher production yield.

Impact: None

#3 Added thermal vias to mounting holes

Type: Layout change

Reason: Better thermal connection to mounting bolts

Impact: None

#4 Added Track-it™ Traceability Pad

Type: BOM change

Reason: Allow automated identification of module

Impact: None

Method of Identification

The model code and revision number (e.g. TE0741-02 or TE0741-03) are printed on the bottom side of the PCB.

Production Shipment Schedule
