Reason: Old fan is end of life.
Impact: Specified airflow of fan decreases slightly from 0.03 m³/min to 0.028 m³/min.
#2 Added AC coupling capacitors C244, C245, C246, C247
Type: Schematic change
Reason: Xilinx recommendation for GTH transeivers reference clocks (UG476).
Impact: AC coupling according to datasheet.
#3 Hardware board revision bits (Pins AP25 - AP27) updated to REV05
Type: Schematic change
Reason: Reflect actual hardware revison.
Impact: If hardware board revision bits are used, the design has to be updated accordingly.

The revision number is printed on the top side of the PCB.
