Type: BOM change
Reason: Component is end of life.
Impact: New DDR timings may be considered in designs. DDR3 setup used in reference design is known to work still.
#2 Clock Revision Change (U33) SiT8008AI-73-XXS-52.000000E to SiT8008BI-73-XXS-52.000000E
Type: BOM change
Reason: Switch to actual revision. Revision A devices may be discontinued.
Impact: None.
#3 Change Ferrite Beads (L1 .. L7, L11 .. L13) BKP0603HS121-T to MPZ0603S121HT000
Type: BOM change
Reason: Part is NRND and EOL announced.
Impact: None. DC resistance decreased from 150mOhm to 130mOhm, rated current increased from 0.85A to 1A.
#4 Set S/N to not fitted
Type: BOM change
Reason: Part is end of life.
Impact: Track it pad no more available. Pin 20 of CPLD was connected via S/N to GND and is now floating. However pin is not used in delivery CPLD Firmware, so no further impact.

Locate DDR3 RAM (U3, U5) on top side of PCB:

Only for variant TE0745-02-73E31-A: DDR3 was already ISSI IS43TR16256BL-125KBLI. TE0745-02-73E31-A modules with serial number greater than 684418 are affected by the changes.
Production Shipment Schedule
From end of Juli 2021, after old stock is gone, all variants above are replaced by the corresponding variants.
