Reason: Revision 04 of TE0714 has different skyline and is therefore mechanical not compatible with KK0714-02.
Impact: New heat spreader is compatible with TE0714-04, and also backwards compatible to older versions of TE0714.
Method of Identification
Models with the feature marked in yellow are revision 04. Heatspreader without that feature are of older revision and not compatible to TE0714-04.
Production Shipment Schedule
This change takes place with immediate effect. If the new revision is not suitable for your application and still the former revision of the heat spreader is needed, please contact us.
