To program eFUSE at TE0630 module follow the steps below.
- Connect 2.5V power rail to 3.3V power rail. It can be done on B2B connector. Or if module connected to baseboard, better to short power rails on baseboard.
- Program eFUSE using JTAG cable and iMPACT software.
- Disconnect 2.5V and 3.3V power rails.
