There are four MGT (Multi Gigabit Transceiver) lanes and two two clocks connected between the B2B connector JM3 and the Polarfire SoC bank 5. Each MGT lane consists of one transmit and one receive (TX/RX) differential pairs, four signals total per one MGT lane.
