Programmer Power supply setting depends on connected carrier on J2 Pinheader. To check Programmer without connected FPGA Hardware set following dip settings before connecting USB

| 2 | OFF | Must be in OFF state always. |
| 3 | OFF | Power VIO from pin header J2(CPLD Bank voltage) |
| 4 | ON | Power 3.3V from USB (Use USB supply stand alone or in case TE0790 J2-5 Pin is not supplied by carrier) |
