For the PROM file .mcs, you can create Xilinx Flash .mcs file or 3rd-party SPI Flash .mcs.

The Flash used on TE USB FX2 module are 3rd-party SPI Flash, but you can also use Xilinx Flash .mcs file to program 3rd-party SPI Flash.
