• Set DIP S1:1 to OFF 
• Connect 12V Power source
  
• Connect Arrow USB Programmer Image Removed
• Run Quartus Prime Lite Edition
• Click Image Removedto run " Programmer "
• If you see "No Hardware" Image Removed Chick "Hardware Setup..." and select "Arrow-USB-Blaster" Image Removed
• Press Image Removedand select *.pof file to program.
• Check "Program/Configure" checkboxes Image Removed
• Press Image Removed
• After the end of programming, progress bar should show you Image Removed
• 
  Image Added
