Replacement
There is no replacement for these modules. For guidance on possible available other solutions please contact us.
Reason
The life-time-cycle for Spartan-3 from Xilinx ends in the end of 2022 and no further extension is announced. Therefore, and because there is no appropriate replacement our products based Spartan-3 reached their end of life.
