CPLD Access  

• Set DIP S1:1 to OFF 
• Connect 12V Power source
• Connect Arrow USB Programmer 
• Run Quartus Prime Lite Edition
• Click to run "Programmer"
• If you see "No Hardware"  Chick "Hardware Setup..." and select "Arrow-USB-Blaster" 
• Press and select *.pof file to program.
• Check "Program/Configure" checkboxes 
• Press 
• After the end of programming, progress bar should show you
