• Set DIP S1:1 to OFF 
• Connect 12V Power source
  
• Connect Arrow USB Programmer
  

CPLD Programming

1. Run Quartus Prime Lite Edition
2. Click to run "Programmer"
3. If you see "No Hardware"  :
   Click "Hardware Setup..." and select "Arrow-USB-Blaster" 
4. Press and select *.pof file to program.
5. Check "Program/Configure" checkboxes
    
6. Press
    
7. After the end of programming, progress bar should show you
