Most LEDs are CPLD Firmware dependents, see TEBF0808 Master CPLD and TEBF0808 Slave CPLD
SI5345 NVM is not programmed on factory, so modified FSBL is needed to get running output CLKS.
It it possible to program NVM of the SI5345 2 times. With NVM configuration FSBL initialisation is not needed.
NVM can be programmed with Clock Builder Pro Field Programmer connected to connector J17. General documentation to do this are available on Application notes - Si5345
Starter Kit will be shipped with all cable connected.
