Short How to Use

  • The Integration Guide is split into two tables
    • Module Power Connection Table show the Module Power Supply of the different FPGA-Bank and Components, which are connected to the B2B Connector.
    • Carrier Board Power Connection Table show the Power Supply of the B2B Connector with Connector Pins and Schematic Names and Option of the different Carrier Boards.

  • The PCBs have fixed and variable user supplied I/O voltages. Variable power supply pins are colored in four groups (VCCIOA, VCCIOB, VCCIOC, VCCIOD).
  1. Find your Module on the Module Table and check the power supply of the different FPGA-Banks.
  2. If the Power supply is variable, go to the Carrier Table and see how it's connected on your carrier board. Often the power supply can be switch via jumper, resistor or variable used from other connector pin of the carrier board. So use the schematic name or the component designator from this table to search for the option on the PCB schematics or TRM.

Attention: Maximum power supply for HP-Banks is 1.8V.

Attention: On some Carrier-Boards user supplied I/O voltages are connected together (Red schematic names).
