Host Computer's Software Connection (with SPI Flash) Available

At this moment, USB FX2 API Commands to connect host computer's software with Fpga through SPI do not exist; the connection exist only indirectly and for a single aim. Configuration of FPGA by SPI Flash content when the FPGA is subject to power on or reset.
